My garden has always been a source of inspiration for me, and I wanted to capture its beauty and joy in my paintings. That’s why I studied with Hugo Grenville, a Romantic Impressionist Painter, from 2015 onwards. He taught me how to use a language of colors and shapes that expressed my feelings for my garden. These paintings are more realistic than my current work, but they were also an important step in finding my own voice as an artist.
